Fender Stratocaster Custom Shop 1969 Reissue Pickup Set

Directly inspired by the pickups installed on the CBS Strat® from 1969, these pickups, which are supposed to generate savings, use Alnico V magnets but a less expensive gray coil specific to this year of production which offers this sound so clear and limpid in the highs, with crystalline but pronounced mids, the deep bass, humming in the lows.

• Custom Shop Fender pickups with white pickup covers. Pickups following the Abigail Ybarra series;
• A Reissue series installed as standard on the Custom Shop Jimi Hendrix and Relic 1969 Strats;
• The magnets are non-chamfered but stepped Alnico V for 7.25" to 9.5" radius that reproduce the distinctive sound of vintage 1969 Strats;
• Irregular winding with very fine AWG 43 copper wire (output wiring sheathed in push-back cotton, gray fiber coil) and old-fashioned "waxpot" wax bath finish.

• Pickup Bridge resistance 5.3 to 5.7K S/N polarity;
• Midrange pickup resistance 5.26 to 5.56K S/N polarity;
• Neck pickup resistor 5.3 to 5.65K S/N polarity.
